Hi hurtandscared, I too am sorry that your having a rough time at the moment, dark wolf gave some great advice about
relaxation, meditation etc...I do a relaxation tape every morning and night just to settle my mind...
And yes anxiety and depression are tiring...it takes heaps of adrenalin to stay as anxious as we all do....it's exhausting...plus you have a medical condition that causes you discomfort, thats tiring too...
And I know it must be hard adjusting to your new life, but you will do it, everything takes time..you are a strong person and you will meet someone else...what's the saying there's plenty of fish in the sea, so get out there and go fishing...betcha that takes your mind off tummy pain..
Anyway you will be ok....just keep busy keep the anxiety monster occupied and he will become less and less of a part of your life...best wishes to you....shannon
