had a good couple of days anxiety wise

havent had too much anxiety the pas few days, been spending alot of time outside doing yardwork and playing with my nieces and nephews. Just at nite when i get a little bit that keeps me up late. gotta find something to do today. have a an ok week. still sick, but i have to keep going and not spend all day moping in my room. looking forward to feeling normal again someday.

That is great to hear HS. I hope that it continues for you and that you have a great weekend. Keep up the good work, you are doing really well at staying positive;)...and the good news is, the longer you practice this, the more it becomes just part of who you are and it will seem effortless.

Good on you HS, keeping busy is one of the best things I'm finding to keeping the anxiety at bay....don't sit in your room that's sure to bring you down...and it sounds like your having great fun with your family keep up the good work,and once you start to feel better mentally sometimes the rest follows on....shannon

Not feeling too good rite now, just had four wisdom teeth pulled and two other ones pulled. mouth really hurts at the moment.

Well I guess not! Wow, I didn't know that you were having oral surgery...and that is what it is, so take it easy for awhile!!

Really rest up, and keep ahead of the pain med-wise...follow the instructions that they gave you, ect...

Take care of yourself, and once you are feeling better (and bored of resting) let us know how you're doing.

Ouch....I'm so sorry...here I am telling you off for sitting in your room....take it easy and rest..wisdom teeth are the worst aren't they...I hope you feel better soon...hugs to you shannon
