16th day of celexa and side affects feel like they're lessoning each day. still a slight headache which i guess is normal still for a little bit longer and chest tightness until it hits its full potential.BUt now am able in the last couple days to want to go out with family and friends without having to worry about my anxiety kicking in. Also am only taking ativan just for the weening purposes and cant remember the last time i had to take one to slow down the anxiety! Just would like to say for the people scared of taking meds that i was also scared which i thought would increase my anxiety on them but there's a reason they're for anxiety in the first place because it has went down alot to only a couple times a day i feel anxious but no panic. Also i have my first visit to my first primary doctor i had since i was a little kid which feels good and also going to start theropy soon. i assume another update will come up after the theropy sessions ;). thanks for all the support Ladies and Gentleman these forums has helped me alot go through these months and hope you all the best :)
