But you know, I bought some books, like "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" and when I feel bad I'm trying to read to calm my self down. It really helps! Get something "safe" what help you to take your mind away and you will cut your anxiety attacks to 5 min or less. I hope you feel better soon.
