Good Evening All,
When I am trying to defeat an anxiety ridden day I will repeat my mantra over and over to block the anxious thoughts from my mind.
I will calmly repeat over and over "I am OK" or if I start to loose it to anxiety I will yell at myself to "STOP IT" . I get a lot of strangers looking at me weird and I hope they just think I am singing loud to the radio.
