I was wiped out after my meeting. I survived supper and went straight to bed. And woke up warm and refreshed. Dreams with no nightmares! :) If he was upset, I didn't hear about
it because I was asleep. :D I am cleaning up the house and then back to bed. Took more Klonopin. Hope I survive working tomorrow. I usually only work 1 to 1-1/2 hours, and not every day. Tomorrow I have 3 - 4 hours of work, I'm nervous about
it.

ETA: I like to take a HOT bath, that turns my skin red like a cooked lobster. I turn on the extra heaters in the bathroom too. :) I didn't feel I had time for that today. Two other options are going to the gym, HARD on anxiety days. or dancing at home, hard to let loose on anxiety days. And of course sex works, but if I'm having anxiety, he's not in the mood.
Today I used a homemade heat pack made with rice. I turned on the wall heater in the bathroom, pulled up the back of my skirt and sat under a blanket. Then quickly pulled on an extra sweater and 2 winter coats to keep the heat in. I tried to rest under blankets - got nightmares though.
