Head Pressure and Dizziness

So I am a 28 year old female who has been suffering from these episodes of sudden feeling of pressure in back of head, dizziness, and sometimes I feel like my brain is shaking. This has been going on for 6 weeks now. When this happens I get hot, shaky, and I feel like I am going to pass out but I never do. The worst part of these episodes last about 1 to 5 mins and then my head just feels like uggghhh! I feel dizzy and my head feels heavy and my neck feels weak. I have tried to fiqure out if anything is triggering these but its just random times. like driving down the road, sitting at my deak at work, or watching tv. I have recently had a MRI two weaks ago (basic no contrast) it came back fine. I went and saw a neurologist yesterday and he name five things Strokes, Panic attacks, Low Blood Sugar, Seizures, and Atypical Miagraines. After going through everything he knocked out everything but Atypical Miagraines and Seizures. He stated he felt strongly that it is the miagraines. I am having a EEG (seizure test) and a MRA (checks blood vessells going to the brain). I feel like I am going crazy and I just want to feel better. Can anyone relate to these symptoms??? If so have you been diagonsed with anything or are you have the same symptoms?

Thank you so much! I could sure use the prayers. I do use the pc just about 12 hours a day for my job. Thanks for the advice.

My daughter had atypical migraines which scared us all at the time. I, of course, thought she was having a stroke. She also will get very anxious in crowds where she is not comfortable. Her presenting sx was garbled speech. She called me from a wedding and I could not understand her but immediately assessed that something was not right. All her tests were normal and she is not on medication but if it happens again we at least will have a clue to what is happening.

The good part is the really serious possibilities have been ruled out and I suspect your EEG will be normal. Your Neuro Dr. should be able to treat you for the migraines.

I am subject to lots of stress, I think overtime it does things to your body

4 things I try to keep constant now

No caffeine
No alcohol
No raw sugar items

And the most important don't subject yourself to any more stress than needed(yes we do try don't we)

When I have my attacks I get pressure in the head , I jump under the nearest ducted cooling port and sit there till I calm down

All these things work for me ,well most times :(
