Hi again
I am sorry to hear that school is still troubling you...it sounds as if this is the toughest place for you to be, so preparing for it is probably going to be helpful in you feeling better when you are there.
Knowing ahead of time that this is going to be a challenge might just be enough to quiet your symptoms. I really struggle in church, (of all places!) I think it has something to do with the fluorescent lighting...but I know going in to it, that it is a challenge for me, so I can more easily ignore my symptoms.
Doing breathing/relaxation exercises before, during and even after school may help as well. Also, envisioning positive outcomes, such as having a comfortable/symptomless day will be beneficial.
I hope that you start to have a better time soon. The more positive experiences you have while there, the less your mind and body will perceive school as a threatening place, and things should improve.
Good luck and keep posting!
