rainbowbright,Good Morning and kudos to you for finding a caring Dr. that is willing to work with you. I know when I read the threads and see how each person's symptoms differ from mine I wonder why am I different and why me ? My very first therapist told me "why not you?" when I ask why the anxiety/depression struck me. To this day it is hard to accept that I have this disorder that so many people do not understand. Each of us has different symptoms so try not to compare yourself to the next person.
Sometimes I need to step back and remember I am unique in many ways so why not in my mental health problems. There are many different types of anxiety disorders with different symptoms. They all have on thing in common - anxiety occurs to often, is to strong, is out of proportions to the present situation, and affects a person's daily life and happiness.
I am glad to read you are going to have some physical therapy and then an MRI. Please keep us posted as to how you are doing.
Kindly,
Kitt
