I am sorry that your anxiety has kicked up again.:( This is common, and setbacks do happen to all of us dealing with this chronic condition. You are in good company, as many of us have experienced this very thing.
If you can't get into see your P-doc sooner, then I would suggest taking a look in our Anxiety-Panic Resources (main page 2nd post) You will find plenty of self-help ideas in there.
I can also recommend some books and DVD's that may help you. If you were working on CBT based therapy before, then we have downloads with worksheet pages in the Resource Guide. As far as books go, check out your library, and get as many anxiety recovery books as you can. I did this, and took what worked for me from each one I read, and sort of 'customized' my treatment. Also DVD's like The Linden Method' or Lucinda Bassett's series are recommended by many.
