Good Morning,I understand anxiety well as I was dx 30 years ago and it is awful when it tries to take over our lives but when we are able to control it, life is very good.
Here are a few ideas for you:
1. Change your diet- no more fast food! i.e taco
bell, mc donalds, burger king- these foods are filled with preservatives!
2. Started taking a good
multivitamin
3. Started taking b-complex- this has all the b vitamins, I find this helpful
4. Read self help books - CBT workbooks are good.
5. Try chamomile tea after a
stressful day
6. Exercise! - anything is better then nothing. Choose what is comfortable for you.
7. Face your fears! Try this self talk sentence and repeat it often, "I accept how I feel no matter what. My feelings will not hurt me."
