You have been through a lot, have patience....it all takes time. Anxiety for many doesn't have a quick fix because it involves reprogramming thoughts and habits, things like that.
I wanted to comment on what you said about not looking forward to upcoming events and plans. When we don't quite feel like ourselves it's easy to have that uneasiness, but try your best to stay the course.
Many times it's how we perceive things...a lot of us could dread doing some things and going some places because we might have the " What If's" in our minds. When some event is coming up, try not to automatically think negative, but maybe look at it like you are going to do something that might leave you with a great memory!
I rely on feeding off good experiences and memories...happy things I've done....none of that would be possible if I avoided doing things and going places.
Again most of all...patience...relax every chance you get and don't beat yourself up because you feel this way or that way...roll with it.....There is peace inside us and there is anxiety, which one prevails.....that depends on which one you feed.......Have a great day........WM
