Another Victory for Me

I'm  so proud of me, I took the day off Friday and decided I was going to take my panic iwth me and go to Home Depot by myself.  I set off, first had to go to the doctor to have blood drawn, no problem, than off to New hampshire, i was fine, when I got there i was so happy and proud of me, i had the best time, shopping around, when I left i was so full of happines, that i stopped at a plant store and bought a new plant.

What a great day.

But and isn't there always a but......yesterday i was driving over the bridge when bam absolute panic, but hey it happend and guess what I'm still alive and well.

I'm still happy and proud and each day it will get better.

I pray all of us keep having good days!

We are proud of you too! Great job on facing something that made you anxious, and being able to get through it.

Everytime you see your new plant, let it remind you of your win over your fear that day!

Keep up the good work, and remember that though it is a process...you are making great strides in the right direction.:)

Way to go!! You survived, just like you said. It's so hard to believe it though, when the panic is happening...that we'll survive!!! It's just a matter of us knowing that we WILL survive that annoying feeling called panic!!! Keep up the great work (and trips out!)!!
