Unfortunately, there is no quick fix. It is a matter of changing your thoughts and behaviors. Different methods work for different people. Your options would be a Therapist, self help anxiety books and workbooks and group therapy.
If you find yourself in a panic attack, deeper breathing from your diaphragm works well as well as just rolling with how you feel rather than fighting it.
It takes time and patience to reprogram your thoughts from negative to positive and takes daily effort to achieve, but once you find what works best for you, your anxiety can become manageable and a fairly normal life can be expected.
