Don't Dr. shop. Find a healthcare professional that you trust and stick with this person. Don't seek out new Drs. to run more tests and procedures. Scheduling regular follow up visits with your primary Dr. help with reassurance that you are OK.
Avoid Dr. Google and don't start looking up every sx as if you look hard enough your will find your symptom in one of the serious diseases. You will also find almost every symptoms can be caused by anxiety.
Do not be dominated and terrified by thoughts - they are only thoughts and cannot hurt you.
