Hello, I am Vivi and this is my first time here. I have had anxiety issues all my life, but they are under control now for the most part. I have just come here because I have pretty much been through it all and would like to offer my help and support if needed.

Nice to have you join us! It is great to hear that you have worked through your issues and are enjoying some recovery from your anxiety. I am sure that you can both give and receive support here, and make lots of new friends...our members are awesome!
