Hi I have a few questions...i just started cbt and have been having more close calls to having panic attcks is this normal when starting therapy?? Is it bc I am thinking about
it so much and finding a cure??
Also, my panic attacks seem to come out of no where...i will all of a su.dden feel strange in the head/lighthead then a pit in my stomach..if it continues i will start shakey and feel completely strange/foggy/dereal/depers.
I have always had anxeity but the last few months it seems to be getting worse..is this typical?
Most of my anxiety is health related...I am obsessed with having a neurological disease. MY family/psych/dr feel i have no actual symptoms. I am debating whether or not to make an appt with a neurologist. I know many people on here have seen them....will t hey send me for a million test or do they do a screening or baseline test in the office.
