Hey All, I will be gone the next 4 days so will be back on Monday. Going to the cabin with hubby and children and grandchildren.

It is a bit scary leaving my safe place so I will be taking each of you with me in my heart and mind remembering you understand how this anxiety "thing" works so I am not alone.

Sorry, I just now saw this...but I did already know that you were leaving for a few days of family time.

You will have a wonderful trip I am sure. You know what to do to in case the anxiety tries to wreck your party!

You are strong and can get through it...don't be afraid, just envision having the best time, full of laughter and joy!

We will miss you, but YES, we are going with you in spirit, so know that your HW support is near.:)

Good to be back with you all and I did have a nice time. I was sick all day Thursday and Friday but I got there and enjoyed watching the kids swim, fish and eat ice cream. I was in high anxiety on the drive up as I just did not feel good.

When the kids left for home from the Cabin yesterday I cried - blubbering old fool that I am.

Hope you are all fine.
