Hello! Glad to hear that you are picking up the pieces in your life :D. I know how hard it is in the social scene, I fight with that daily. However, what helps me is positive self talk. I tell myself that I am worthy, and that I can succeed in those types of scenes. Positive self talk may sound easy but it will take a few tries to get your mind to finally follow you in the positive outlook. self-doubt and criticism is pretty normal, but we need to learn to balance that out where it doesn't affect our lives. One thing I have learned over the years is to just be yourself. I know how hard this can be at times because all of us want to be accepted by others. I have come to realize this through life that those who do not accept us for who we are, are not worth being around anyway. I know this is easier said than done, but in the long run it's well worth it. Just be yourself, don't try to be something your not, or something that you 'think' others will find appealing. Again, I know this can be hard sometimes, because we don't want to be criticized, but the best people to have around are those who accept you for you.
Starting to ramble, sorry lol. As I said earlier, try to talk positive to yourself, tell yourself how awesome you are. You can succeed in this, most of the time it's the mind trying to play tricks on us, when in reality what are mind is telling us is not as bad or even close to the outcome that we are thinking.
