Anxiety or Heart????

Hi All,

I'm a mess! Has anyone ever had like a quick pain in middle of chest...it seriously lasts less than a second and is gone? I have had this happen years ago.
I have had this happen a few times in the past couple of days. I will say that I have been lifting, pushing, moving HEAVY boxes and making several trips up the stairs the past couple of weeks. They don't happen as I'm doing this but sometimes I can just be sitting............and of course the good old panic/anxiety kicks in and I fear a heart attack!
Hope this makes a bit of sense and someone can enlighten me!!
