i just layed down in bed and felt like my pulse just got high! now my hands are sweaty, and im afraistsomething bads gonna happen! this scares me cuz its just me and my 4yr old daughter.!

You had a panic attack. It's terrifying but you will be fine. It can't hurt you no matter how bad it feels. Breathe deep and you will get through it if it happens again xx
