Good Morning to all,

As I deal with the daily anxiety of knowing I have cancer and have a major battle ahead of me I happened to run accross this today.  It has always been my motto to "stay in the moment" when dealing with my anxiety and it does work but as with all things sometimes and often lately I have been caught up in the throes of anxiety.

I am posting this link to share with all of you.  I hope your day is anxiety free.

It is amazing that in spite of the tough times that you are dealing with at the moment that you are still here to share and help us...to let us know about the things that are helpful to you. That is a great gift that you have...and we are some lucky and grateful recipients!

You are a keeper, and don't think to a second that we are going to let anything get in between us and our Kitt...so know that as you fight this, you have an army here alongside you! Okay, granted, the 'Anxiety Army' may not have been your first choice, Lol!...but we promise to stand up in courage with you, our friend!

thanks for sharing.  i just now read about your diagnosis kitt.  i'm so very sorry you are dealing with this.  :(  prayers are with you.  how did the surgery go?  were they able to get the whole tumor?

Thanks all and I hope many read this site as sometimes just reading something positive and uplifting helps us deal with our anxiety at least for a little while.

i'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I hope your coming treatment won't be too hard on you. I hope you can take back some of the strength and comfort you have given to us. There is a phrase that one of my favorite authors uses is 'In this place, at this time' I find it a good line to bring my thought back to the task before me.

Ben and Belle,

Thank you for your kind words.  I see the oncologist tomorrow and I did talk with a lady from the Cancer Society last night and received some great tips on what to ask at my first meeting with the Dr. 

Ben, I will take all the Scottish hugs you have to give yeah !

Belle, 'In this place, at this time' - Thank you for the new mantra, I like it very much and will be using it especially when I am trying to fall asleep and my mind wants to go astray into the land of "what if?" thinking.

Kitt: I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  Please remember how very loved you are to us, and how many of us you have helped over the years.  I will keep you in my prayers.  I know this is easier said than done, but please stay positive and keep fighting and let us help you now.
