Hi. I'm so sorry to hear what your going through but I do understand. I used to be the same way. The doctors kept saying I suffered from BiPolar.
I had to make a list of things that I felt were wrong with me that I wanted to change and prioritize them.
I gave each one of them a goal date that I wanted to feel confident about it. I knew they were not going to change completely but If i were able to ask myself, what would I have done 6 months ago and my reaction today is completely different for the better, i knew i could move on to the next.
You have to remember, you're always going to be working on the issues but when your faced with a difficult situation that you know your not going to like the result in, take a deep breath, count to 10, ask yourself fif there is a better way to handle it and if your answer is no, then do it. if its yes, then fix it.
Even if its a long list, it wont take you long. Try it and give me an update in 6 months. it will work.
