Good Morning Cole,You are truly not alone with this symptom as I have had a few big anxiety attacks lately and this very thing happens to me. I have had anxiety and depression for 30 years and most of the time I am able to calm myself down by doing deep breathing or just letting out the anxiety and then moving forward slowly remembering to be kind to myself.
I find using a a microwavable comfort wrap on my neck helps with the back and neck problems. If you have heated seats in your car they work great for severe tension in your back.
