Hello everyone. This website actually helps me out alot sometimes. I start thinking to much, which leads to anxiety, then i think about this website sometimes, and i think "oh i remember someone writing the exact same thing im thinking of or fearing" and it helps my anxiety not to be so bad.
I've had anxiety on and off for about 6-7 years. But i have never seeked helped for it. I've never been on medicine or been thru therapy. But lately, ive noticed that it does seem to help alot of people. Im just scared of taking medicine. I always have been. Im scared of experiencing bad side effects or it messing up my body. I am going to go thru counseling though. Im happy about that. I noticed it does tend to help me when i open up more and explain whats going on in my head. Ever since i have first started having anxiety attacks, i look it up online sometimes, just to read up on it. And i never knew that there were so many different types of anxiety disorders? And that it is a health problem to. I hope i can find help to figure out what anxiety disorder i have, or whats triggering mine to happen more. Which, i am a health freak, and i worry about my health constantly :(
I really would like to tell my story and open up more, it really really helps me. But i think that will be the topic of my next post cause im feeling sleepy, and i sure do hope to sleep tonight :/
