Just a little message to say how amazing it is that a website can bring together people from all over the world with the same/similar conditions. How people help and encourage each other is totally amazing. Ive only been a member a few days and already feel so welcomed and right at home.

I couldn't agree more!!! I have made friends from around the globe here at HW! I am able to both give and recieve support and understanding here like no other place. cool

Its lovely. Nobody judges! So many times while i was very bad with my anxiety ppl kept saying its all in ir head!! I just wish id found u all sooner!!

Frequently, while talking to someone in other support groups, I was in need of information on meds or symptoms with which I was unfamiliar. Google kept leading me to this site, and each time I found the related threads to contain a wealth of info, delivered with an ideal mix of facts, compassion and genuine caring. I knew this was the place for me.

Thank you, members, for making this such a great place to those of us in need of support. None of it would be possible without the dedication of the forum's moderators, who make each of us feel special and wanted. Don't think for a second that we don't recognize what amazing work you're doing to help us all. :)

I ditto all the comment by each of you.  Belonging to a community that is supportive and caring, wise and wonderful is a blessing for me.
