I am sorry that you are dealing with the health anxiety issues right now. It is a pretty common theme around here...so know that you are not alone.
I am glad that you are under a doctor's care, as this is a good first step to take. Anxiety can mimic many physical things, and ruling them out is important...
...however, if the anxiety persists even after you have been given a good report by your doctor, then you may need to consider getting some help for the anxiety itself.
First of all, know that looking things up on Google search will only feed the worry. Avoid doing this, and put your time and energy into treating the anxiety instead.
For example, spending 10-15 minutes twice a day on breathing and relaxation exercises (find links to these in our Resource Guide, main page/1st post) will help to reduce stress and symptoms!
You may also want to talk to your doctor about
medication and/or therapy, both of which are excellent treatment options.
