Good Afternoon Display, Sorry to read you are having a tough day but try to shut down the anxiety and start your day over. Make a list of all your "to do" things and then sort them by importance. Next choose only what you can handle that is doable today and stay in the moment. Don't get caught up in "what if?" thinking as that never serves any of us well.
Plan on doing at least one thing you really enjoy and know that along with the bad days there are many good days.
