I have had the hard thuds...which sent me straight into my doctor's office for an EKG!!
That's when he told me that everything was fine, and about
how I was just able to feel them for whatever reason.
He offered me the next step which was an Echocardiogram, but told me that I didn't need it, as he did not think that anything was structurally wrong...so I declined.
I now just do my best to ignore them. Caffeine, lack of sleep, stess, gastic issues/certain foods can all trigger them for me, so I try to avoing things that could bring them on...and when I do get them, the breathing and relaxation exercises are put to use!
