I totally agree with cln777.
That seems to be my situation. I will do everything that I need to do and it will go away for a little while. Then it always seems to pop back up. Just keep doing what needs to be done: exercise, eating well, cognitive therapy, and relaxation techniques. I also take vistaril for anxiety. It helps the tight chest and throat, but depending on what dosage you have, just be prepared for it to knock you out.
