Do any of the women here notice during pms their anxiety is worse? Is there anything you can do to help this? All my doctor said was diet and exercise... Which I have done before but I have to admit I'm not perfect at. ESP when you crave junk :(
Last night I felt like my mind was going crazy. Idk if this is anxiety/ocd or both but for example-if I said out loud: "I like her" my mind would say "no you don't you want to kill her" or something like that. I really really hope I don't sound like a "crazy" person. I would never do anything like that . That's why this is so upsetting to me. So why is my mind doing this? I called and emailed a therapist yesterday but she hasn't gotten back to me. I know things are worse bc of pms. I feel like my mind races and doesn't stop. What is wrong with me? Hopefully someone can help and please be kind. Thanks guys
