How quickly does Zoloft work?

i will be cutting my dose from 50 to 25 maybe that will help

I have been on zoloft for about 5.5 weeks now and feel so much better but I do still have nervous days at work....other than that I know from past experience this med takes a minute to kick in but it will make you feel SO much better or at least it does for me and my 2 sisters who suffer from panic attacks.....my sisters have been on it for 8 years probably and are doing wonderfully....

I take 25mg daily but I just started last week taking 1/2 of the 25mg also so actually 37.5 and it is helping me 50 was too much for me....

I am taking the zoloft for panic attacks/anxiety .... I worry alot about having these kind of migraines that last about 20 minutes and affect my vision....but I only have them twice or so a year but when they happen it is so scarey so in May I had one and the fear of another one never ended so in October I started back on Zoloft....I took it 6 years ago for 4 years and felt great....I am feeling better and yes about 3 weeks into it was much better but I still get a little nervous sometimes....it is normal tho they told me 6-8 weeks could be until in full force....but I am getting along fine day by day.....it will get better too for you
