I have posted this symptom before. I was laying in bed and didn't feel anxious FOr once! AND BAM I had a speel 2times in a row that made me feel like a ball of air was taken away! I had to cough to feel like I was breathing! This is so scary. I havr mentioned this to my cardiologist before but nothing came out of it. Am I ok? Is this anxiety or could this be a heart problem ???

Can you describe it in a different way? I don't think that I am understanding it. Is it like getting the wind knocked out of you...or like you can't take a breath?
I have had the feeling like I can't swallow...or like I can't get a full breath, or I am not getting enough oxygen, even though I am breathing fine...is it anything like that?
Breathing issues are pretty common with anxiety...and as you know, you don't necessarily need to feel stressed for anxiety symptoms to happen...so try not to panic about
this.
Post back with some more details, and whether you are feeling better.

Its so hard to describe. It just seems like in my throat I get this weird feel and then automatically I feel like I need to cough to get air in me.

See if your symptom is here in this link. I am sure that it, or something similar is, and hopefully this will put your mind at ease.:)

Not sure if its the same symptoms as its super hard for me to explain as well, but sometimes I get this sensation right in the bottom of my throat like in the "divit" of your neck and its almost as if someone was to knock the wind out of you (with no pressure or anything though) and its as if you can't breathe in almost?? Its the weirdest sensation and happens occasionally but when it does it scares me so bad! It sends me right into a panic attack!

Well then, your not alone! I have it too! :) Not sure as to why, but I've had it several times in the past and I've been okay so I'm guessing its good ol' anxiety causing it!
