I apologize for sounding like a broken record, but keep an eye on your breathing.
These could all be symptoms of improper breathing (hyperventilation/shallow over breathing).
We often aren't even conscious that we are habitually breathing wrong when we get stressed.
It can cause a wide range of symptoms throughout the body, as the blood that it out of balance (O2 and CO2 are off) is being circulated to all systems and organs!
The numbness and tingling (especially around the face) is a dead giveaway usually.
Try increasing your breating exercises...and be conscious of breathing slow and deep at all time...using the abdomen, not chest breathing.:)
