Sharp shooting head pain

As you can probably tell I have been having a rough week LOL!

I am gettin this sharp shooting head pain on the right side by my temple and behind my ear and it is scaring the crap out of me. It sometimes happens when I breath in but happens when I'm just Doin nothing as well. Anyone else ever experience this? Is it something to worry about or what.

I experience sharp pains in my right lower side of my head. I also have been seeing spots (like flashing lights). I've had a CT scan and everything came back fine. Migraines are unfortunately something I think you have to live with. I would check with your PCP.

I have sharp pains sometimes too it is all related to sinuses
and migraimes i have spots and lights too

I got sinuses so it probably is from that! I see spots sometimes but not that often, just from looking at light outside to inside. It feels like muscle spasms or like knife stabs its weird! Thanks for the replies :) and the weather here is doom and gloom, very grey and gross, I always get headaches in this weather and down so maybe it's that to but this just seems a bit different
