I have tried L-Theanine, Gaba and Melatonin (for sleep) all with good effects.
I have also taken fish oil and vitamins which I also think are just good for health anyway.
I also have heard members trying 'anxiety compound' suppliments with various names and promises...but I am a bit leery of these for their commercial aspect...not to mention you can not be sure of what exactly you are getting in them.
As with anything that you are going to put in your body...know that your source of suppliments is good by buying from a reputable dealer. There are many good independent health food stores, as well as the bigger chains that have great selections. Please be aware of buying on-line!
Also all natural does not always equal safe. Check for interactions not only with other suppliments...but with any medication that you currently take.
