Hi guys, last week I went to an E.N.T because i was worried there was something wrong with my throat. It felt tight and swollen and i didn't eat solid food for a week because i was worried about choking.
The E.N.T said my throat was fine, i have a muscle spasm which is made worse by my anxiety. I'm relieved knowing there is nothing wrong and am slowly eating solid foods again.
Now the problem is that in the last few days i have had a horrible pinching feeling in my throat, in the area under my chin which gets progressively worse as the day goes on and i also have a sour taste in my mouth. I'm trying not to worry about it and keep reminding myself that there is nothing wrong but because this is a new symptom my brain automatically thinks the worst. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this??? is it another symptom of the spasm made worse by my anxiety??
I hope i have explained it so you can understand any advise would be greatly appreciated.
