left arm pain?

shocked  does anyone ever get left arm pain without panic?? well i began getting it and now im gettin chest pains and realy jumpy vision!! ohhhhh i hope tonight aint one of them nights shakehead

How old are you, I have a reason for asking, you see Im 71 and I know the difference between just a pain
and a HA!

I have left arm pain chest pain and back pain. When it all happens together its a constant struggle not to have a break down. I get tingling in my left hand and numbness/tingling in my back, saying that I have had my heart checked and I am only 23 repeating this comforts me, I am also extremely tense most of the time which is why I feel like this so my doctor explains to me. im always walking around all hunched up bracing myself. try relaxing your shoulders and have a move around do you crack, feel stiff or feel achy? I do and its helps remind me its just tension and nothing to worry about

i guess it was just my anxiety guys. . . im only 20 && have had tons of EKG'S

someone touched you heart. It will help you to reach out to others.
