An Excellent Article

I haven't visited here in quite a long time. I hope all are well. I read this article a few moments ago and instantly thought of this community:

I know it's a long article but I really think it's worth reading. I think the people here could use it. Personally I think the writer's story is every bit as interesting as the basketball player. In fact I think the basketball player is probably asking too much from his team, knowing what I know about pro sports. Nonetheless I'm rooting for him.

But anyway I actually try to stay away from anxiety/panic forums. Everyone's different. For me the more I ignore my problem the better I do! But this is only after getting a lot of help here and elsewhere. I'm not cured or anything but I'm a LOT better. Hope you're doing well!

Edit - I should say that after I posted this article yesterday, some of the comments on the story got pretty negative. There were some truly excellent ones made, but a small number of ignorant people have said some dumb things. That could be a trigger for some...anyone who's in crisis may do well to read the story but skip the comments.
