I tell myself that if there is no lasting effect from my anxiety symptoms, then it was just a passing thing, and I refuse to hold onto that worry and I just let it go.
If you don't remember it happening really, and you barely recall how it felt, then why are you letting it still bother you?
We can and do have many transient anxiety symptoms that come and go. This is different than a medical situation that needs to be addressed.
Try to practice letting these things go, and not concentrating on them...instead use that energy to focus on your coping skills.
