I am sorry to hear that your anxiety has returned. This can and does happen with this disorder. A couple of things to ask yourself at this time, to help you to form a good plan of action for getting past this...
*Is there a trigger that I can identify that has allowed this fear to manifest itself again after so long?
*Are my overall stress levels heightened at this time, allowing the anxiety to return?
*What helped me in the past to get over my phobia and start to be well again?
Once you have answered these questions, you may have a better idea of how to proceed.
Do you need to re-visit the idea of therapy or self-help?
Do you need to talk to your doctor about
the possibility of an Rx (or med tweak)?
There are many treatment options that you could employ. Perhaps talking with your doctor if you have not already would be a good place to start.
