It seems like everytime I "think" I have the panic attacks under control, they come back with a vengeance. The thing is that I have them for a while... start learning the triggers, find a way (cbt or otherwise) to get over them. .... then they later come back, but each time something is different... they will be something new. It can be that my anxiety is more health-related, or perhaps my muscles get tense to the point of being sore, or for a while there, driving caused me to have terrible panic. It's almost as if, when I find a way not to panic for a while (usually a matter of 1 -2 months), my mind and body are trying to find new ways to make me panic.
