I am sorry that you are having such a rough time lately. I understand how horrible the attacks can be. There is hope for recovery though. I am proof.:)
Until you can get into to see your doctor, try doing these exercises regularly. They can really make a difference if you do them everyday.

The point is to find something that allows you to feel pro-active in dealing with the panic, and finding relief in taking an active role in managing the anxiety.
