It's happening again!!!!

I can't handle this. These moments in my life I wish I could be put away in a mental institution. The stress and anxiety is just ruining my life.

It started (well a long time ago) but besides that I've been bad off for over a month now. It started with me being extremely constipated despite eating better and drinking more water and exercising a lot. This past year I have been in and out of the doctor for my potty problems and muscle/body pain and weakness. I've had multiple blood tests done and even though I take iron I'm always anemic. So I've been told over and over that I just have IBS and fybromyalgia. Well after a month of treatment the pain went away. Until 3 weeks ago. I can barely get out of bed, I can hardly workout, I can't get things done around the house. I've been taking laxatives everyday now and only went to the bathroom once on my own. The only way I can go is with assistance. I was told I have a birth defect that has my bowel in the wrong place. I'm suppose to see a GI specialist. I've left messages and called for 3 days now since I didnt get my referral letter till the weekend. I'm so frustrated. I can't do anything!!!!

I've barely been eating because I can't get anything out and I'm scared I will throw up. I ate more than usual tonight and my stomach is bloated, it hurts, and it's making these crazy noises. I had to take a anxiety pill and something for nausea. I'm just laying here a mess. I keep telling myself I go through this every night and nothing happens. But sometimes I can't pull myself out of it. And to make it worse I got use to having my husband home. Work has been really bad for him. So today he left for the next 3 weeks. When he's not home I really get worse. He doesn't really make me feel better he often makes me feel worse but having him here physically makes things better. If that makes any sense.

I'm babbling with this attack. I hate it.

There is a citrus tasting drink at the drug store, I forget the name, it is used for people who are having a
colon exam, its cheep so get two, and don't go far from the BR, when you drink it chugalug it down, if it dont
work in a couple of hours use the other one. "Don't even think this stuff won['t work or you will get a surprise". Hang on until you can see the Specialist! "Maybe no one has told you, Iron supplements will constipate you real bad".

Hi,

From what I know your mood can also affect your bowel movement. Have you ever tried papaya? It worked for me when I constipate. And from my experience, I more I think about my bowel movement, the more I get constipate. Hope everything goes well with you. :)

Thanks. I've been real bad lately especially at night when there's no one to talk to. It makes me feel even more alone. I don't take just an iron pill. I learned my lesson. I just pay more for my multivitamin. I spend way too much on my supplements. I use a good probiotic too it suppose to be for the colon. I'm just at my wits end.

I really appreciate the support. I have so much going on. To make things worse I've spent the past 2 days cleaning every corner of my house because I haven't been able to get much done so things just pile up and shoving stuff everywhere just to get it out of the way. My house was in bad shape. So now I'm dead. And dreading cooking dinner. Plus my kids want me to put the pool up so I'm not looking forward to it.

Walking is called a "constitutional" it really does help. Peace!

Ive been havingbad anxiety myself. It's been going on for a couple weeks now for this last bout. I have fibromyalgia as well in my arms feel weak my muscles feel really really tight I have skin burning everywhere muscle twitching you name it. I've been on a crying spell for a couple days now. It doesn't help that my kids went with their dad to Florida for 2 weeks and today my husband has left for a week for a trip. I to always feel worse when my husband is gone and I don't know why. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone. I have the bowel problems as well. no one can figure out what's causing them although I do know that my stress and anxiety make it worse. What type of fibromyalgia symptoms do you have?

I have pain in my neck that radiates down my arms and my hands. Sometimes I can't function at all with it. Plus I have chronic migranes. I went through the painful nerve tests and my nerves are fine. Which is why they told me its fybromyalgia. My constipation issues are due to a birth defect I just found out about a month ago. It's bowel malrotation. I'm still waiting for the GI specialist to make me an appointment. Funny how I've been told its IBS for almost 20 years and I finally got a CT scan to check my appendix and they found it on that. I've only gone to the bathroom once on my own in 3 weeks with using stool softeners, miralax, and laxatives.

I had a night from hell. I had to go to urgent care last night for a bad reaction to a bug bite and they gave me a 60mg prednisone shot in my hip. I was awake till almost 7 this morning with stomach and back pain. I almost went to the ER. It was a nightmare. I read it can cause acute pancreatitis. I don't know if that was it. But I was hurting soooooo bad.
