I care deeply about
you just like everyone else does so I will throw some things out. You can make a drink
from apple cider vinegar, I don't know the ratio, I just drink it from the bottle and chase with water, UKIE!
A herbal seasoning called Turmeric about
1/4 tea spoon a day, my stepfather used this and never took any
BP medicines he survived lung cancer also lived to be 88. I never add salt to anything, what ever is in it
when its cooked is all I need. I also never retain water.
One last thing AS, quit checking your BP, wait until you are at a dr. apt. and let them do it, if your anxious
when the dr. checks it say so, that way they know its white coat syndrome. "Just don't feed the fear".
It takes many years of untreated high BP to damage organs and stuff so remove the fear.(sometimes not then)
One more thing I Promise? You do not have High Blood Pressure, thats why your Dr. took you off, if You
had High BP it would have been up at all times,(called chronic) and meds would have been needed to bring it
down!, Please understand the difference, your small spikes are driven by fear,anxiety, anger, ect, Not by a
health issue! Now work exercise back into your life.
