I notice for me who has been a workout novice for years...(horrible runner but i do it).. that Scardy Cat is correct. The amount of carbs in your system, how many days in a row you have worked out, temperture... all kinda of variables will play with you. I know for a fact, when it's cooler I can run farther and with less effort. When it's really hot, and I run the same distance.. it's a struggle... also, if you don't give your body a break once and a while(take a day or two off) you will begin to 'over train' and feel worn out with the shortest of runs.. If your dieting, then you carbohydrate stores are in short supply.. when you burn up the sugar(carbs) in your system..you will feel drained... so there's a lot of things to it.. I have noticed this thru years of trying to workout and diet.. Also..your level of conditioning has a lot to do with it to... basically...good days and bad days... don't worry about
it...totally normal! : )
