GOD I CAN'T TAKE THIS

I am BEYOND tired of feeling this way and it's only been like TWO WEEKS since I've relapsed. This is infuriating me. My last major relapse was in 2009 and the EXACT same thing is happening AGAIN. It took ALL SUMMER to get over it back then and I don't even know how I got over it in the first place. OF COURSE I still had anxiety after but I could actually function again but now this H*LL is happening all over again. My family and girlfriend say this is a phase and that I will get through it like I did in 2009 but who's to say that's true? I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE and I do NOT mean that I'm suicidal by any means, I have MAJOR health anxiety and death is what I FEAR most. Is there anyone interested or able to talk to me in real time through some sort of chat or something? Don't provide any details here, just a "yes" or "no." I really can't take this and maybe it would help to talk to someone who is currently or has gone through the same thing? I feel so unique like my anxiety/depression is worse than everyone else or that I have some disease or am dying. It's so difficult for me to believe that there are others out there like me. I simply cannot take this anymore.

Sometimes I'm also convinced I have serious health issues like aneurysm, brain lesions and MS. But I still get to experience some good days feeling great and normal which makes feel grateful and think it's all anxiety and stress. Before I felt miserable for weeks feeling my days are numbered, I just started to get over my depression and found my happiness in the form of my wife last 2011 and this year I feel like dying? I think this anxiety stuff is just here to make us appreciate life a little more and make us stronger and better in the future, or to prepare us for something greater in life that we have to face. If you'll just lay your worries to God and trust in Him completely, in the end you'll find yourself saying "God I can take this!"

It truly is an awful feeling isn't it. I hate how it makes me feel physically. My stomach, my chest gets filled with anxiety. I hate it, can't stand it. I have to use deep breathing exercises to help feel better. I also have other skills to help put me at ease.
