JJonahPositive affirmations work many times for me - I let the feeling of anxiety wash over me and than I repeat over and over in a calm voice, " I am OK", I am OK"
I say to myself what is the worst thing that could happen to me if I do have a panic attack........... "They can't take away my Birthday"
I will always have some anxiety lying in wait for me but I cannot worry about when it is going to strike or I will never feel happiness.
