Hello and
welcome to Healing Well,
To really
understand what is going on with you, I would suggest you make an appointment
for a medical health screening with your family physician to rule out any
physical problems. From what you describe you have plenty of symptoms of
anxiety and yet I wonder if this nauseous is all related to your anxiety?
Have you
tried any of the over the counter medications for the nausea? Some over-the-counter medications such as
Pepto-Bismol, Maalox and Mylanta are known to help calm nauseated stomachs. You may want to check with your Dr. re OTC
meds as I am not a professional however some of these ideas work for me.
You might
try to take deep breaths. When your stomach is slightly upset, the deep breaths
create a different rhythm pattern in the stomach. In general, when people are slightly
nauseated, if they can make themselves eat some very plain food they will feel
better. Low-fat foods, such as crackers, often help people with nausea.
I am glad to
know you are seeking a professional soon.
