I decided that I wanted to go out for a walk because I wanted to get some exercise. I stepped out... Took a whiff of the cool breezy air... And I RAN like hell...

Yeah I was definitely fighting back anxiety ill tell ya! So many feelings going through me but I did me best to fight back.

I plan too! It was tough in the beginning but I did it anyways and I am happy that I was able to do that:) but man I am really out of shape hahaha!

Haha yeah I was a little surprised for myself that I did it too. Last couple times I tried I stopped when I felt a symptom but this time I managed to fight it off. You see it was kind of interesting at the start I felt sensations but I kept going and then sort of sank into it but the moment I got out of it I felt something and boy I said it before and ill say it again I am out of shape haha.

Haha thanks guys! I appreciate it! Unfortunately the calming effects of the run wore off and some of the anxiety is back in but whatever I can manage:)

Great job!!! I've been trying to take my parents' dog for walks...and I am out of shape (dang Seroquel weight gain). I always feel better afterwards.

Yeah it's noticeable but Hopefully this will carry over into the next days when I go out. The anxiety has kind of found its way back.

I ran again today. Still didnt feel like normal but I did my best haha. It helps withy anxiety but it does fight back. Like I ran them walked them tried a little more running and then I was feeling a little dazed and what not but I got through it.

You are in the last stages of the transition from boy to man, make the man keep the scary stuff from
harming the boy, You are doing that when you make yourself deal with things (runing ect) that are
not comfortable or even a little frightning! Expect the subconcious to resist it knows it's losing the war. Peace

Yes exercise does wonders to relieve pent up energy and make one feel tons better after. Just last Friday, I decided to sneak out of the office to do an intense boxing workout since I was feeling generally off. It had been a week with no exercise. I came back to the offclice feeling better and mentally sharper. Try to exercise regularly. Works for me and its free!
